Voice of the Client

Over the past 13 years we have retained Cary to fill several executive level positions for my organizations, including a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, EVP of Business Development and others. Her approach is outstanding. Not only is she adept at recruiting and assessing talent, but the time she takes to thoroughly understand the existing team’s chemistry and the corporate culture help to insure a solid, long term match. I find her highly personalized approach unique in the retained search field. She gets that there are many things that make a search successful, and she comes to the table as a true partner – one who is vested in the long-term success of the company in addition to the immediate placement. I value Cary’s input as a recruiter but more so as a strategic talent advisor. I strongly endorse Cary and look forward to partnering with her in the future.
-Bill Reece, Founder and CEO, Balanced Health Management, Inc.

“Cary is a thoughtful executive search partner. She is thorough and methodical in her approach to executive search without dragging out the process. She produced candidates for us from Day One, and everyone she presented was a good fit for the role because she took the time to get to know us – to really understand our business and the situational context. I would not hesitate to work with Cary again.”
-Dr. Derek Ellison, Chief Operating Officer, Eden Biodesign

“I have known and worked with Cary for many years. She is smart, intuitive, and easy to work with, and most importantly, she has a mind of her own (she has told me when I was wrong) and a good sense of humor. When I needed to grow Cytel, I asked her to help us build out our team. The candidates she presented were of varied backgrounds, so that I had a real choice, and she was able to expertly assess all of them in terms of their experience, style and fit. She did this with a sense of urgency and timeliness that is exactly what I needed. Her recommendations have always been good; in every instance, they have worked.”
-Ranganath Nayak, Chief Executive Officer, Cytel, Inc.
