Lydia Carothers is a Research Associate with Cook Associates Executive Search. Although Lydia leads research assignments for executive search directors and consultants across all industries, she focuses primarily on the Technology, Digital Media and Venture Capital Practices.
Prior to joining Cook Associates Inc., Lydia worked for Koya Consulting, a boutique search firm specializing in nonprofit executive search assignments. While at Koya, she was involved in all facets of the search process including research, strategy, execution and candidate development.
Lydia holds a bachelor of science in journalism from Boston University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in organizational learning and development at Suffolk University.
