As a Director based in the Chicago headquarters of Cook Associates Executive Search, Danielle Grumet partners with clients, both domestic and international, on complex search assignments across a variety of functions. Danielle has worked with the Consumer, Technology, Financial Services, Industrial and Healthcare practices on high profile searches at the Senior, Director and Vice President levels. In addition, she has completed critical search projects to build diverse teams for one of the firm’s key accounts where she has managed a best-in-class recruiting process for building diverse executive talent pipelines. With an innate ability to match candidates to companies' specific recruitment needs, Danielle’s clients describe her approach to search as detailed, reliable and invaluable.
Prior to joining Cook Associates, Inc., Danielle served as an Associate with a boutique retained executive search firm where she managed all search strategies and research programs in support of the firm’s executive search assignments.
Danielle began her career with Commercial and Private Client account management positions in the insurance industry with Chicago-area firms including JMB Insurance and Near North Insurance Brokerage. During her tenure in this industry, she earned her Property / Casualty Producers License and also received a National Underwriter CLCS Designation while attending The Hartford School of Insurance.
Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
