With over a decade of executive search experience, Jennifer has a thorough understanding of her clients’ needs and has an impressive track record of search management and execution, from the VP to CEO level. Her areas of expertise include senior and functional searches such as CEO, COO, CFO, Sales, Marketing, Marketing Communications / Services, Operations and Finance.
Jennifer has extensive experience conducting complex searches in Consumer, Industrial, Media & Entertainment, Professional Services, Technology, Financial Services, and Public Sector Practices. Additionally, she is well-versed in developing diverse slates across a wide range of industries and disciplines.
Prior to joining Cook Associates, Jennifer was a Research Consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates and a Senior Associate with two well-known boutique retained executive search firms. Jennifer is a Boston University graduate.
