Ruzanna Tantushyan joined Cook Associates in 2006 as a Research Associate with Cook’s Executive Search division. For the past year, Ruzanna has been sharing her time serving as a Marketing and Communications Associate and providing research assistance to Executive Search consultants and directors in diverse industry searches.
In her role as a Marketing and Communications Associate, Ruzanna is responsible for assisting in the management of public relations and marketing campaigns. She works closely with both the Executive Search and M&A Advisory Services divisions to identify and implement communications strategies and tactics. Ruzanna leads the company’s Media Center and Though Leadership online components.
Prior to joining Cook Associates, Ruzanna was part of ArmeniaNow.com, a bilingual weekly magazine where she was editorial assistant. Some of Ruzanna’s articles are published in “Remember 24”, a collection of profiles chronicling about the lives of 24 survivors of the Armenian Genocide of 1915.
Ruzanna has recently received her Master’s Degree in Journalism from DePaul University. She received her dual Master’s Degree in English and Political Science from Yerevan State Linguistic University in Armenia.
Ruzanna was actively involved in Human Rights awareness promotion in Armenia through voluntary social services projects. She is fluent in Armenian and Russian and is conversational in Spanish.
