By working closely with existing directors-and frequently the CEO-we develop a thorough understanding of our client's strategic position, their growth aspirations, and the challenges they anticipate as they navigate the often complex path forward. We then synthesize that understanding with our insights about the directors currently serving on the board as well as the culture they have defined to develop a Director specification which we use to identify relevant candidates.
