As a Managing Director based in the Chicago headquarters of Cook Associates, Amy Fisher partners with clients in the Healthcare Services and related Retail markets.

Her functional knowledge extends across a wide range of disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy, Information Technology, Finance, Human Resources and General Management. She handles senior-level management assignments at the C-level in addition to Vice President- and Director-level positions.

Since joining the Cook Associates Executive Search team in 2001, Amy has developed a unique Healthcare specialization targeting the Pharmaceutical, Pharmacy, OTC/Consumer Health, and Healthcare Services markets. She also has significant experience conducting search engagements in Retail markets including Grocery, Mass Merchant, Pharmacy and Specialty.

Amy’s client and candidate management skills, dedication to the success of the search and dynamic personality have made her a rising talent within Cook Associates and a well known consultant in the industry. Amy is a hands-on partner with all her clients and takes particular interest in building excellent management and operating teams.

Previously, Amy was part of a premier executive recruiting organization. Her early career included an international stint in Asia and Europe training foreign-speaking human resources executives at multinational corporations in the art of interviewing, presentation skills and effectively connecting with their audiences.

Amy received a BS, Business Administration from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. As a NCAA Division III basketball player, she led the Washington University women’s basketball team to its first national title and became the all-time leading scorer in school history. In 2006, she was inducted into the Washington University Sports Hall of Fame.
