Jeffrey Kahn is a Director with the Executive Search division at Cook Associates, Inc. A member of the Boulder, Colorado office, Jeff conducts retained search assignments across the Manufacturing and Healthcare markets.

Prior to joining Cook Associates, Inc., Jeff served as a Senior Recruiter with The Bradsby Group where he recruited mid-level and C-level executives within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on engineering, geoscience and general counsel searches. Previously, Jeff was the Director, Communications & Recruiting with InStadium, a revolutionary sports marketing company providing local and national brands access to advertising and promotional opportunities within premiere sporting venues. Jeff successfully devised and implemented national marketing and recruiting programs, and was personally responsible for recruiting more than 50% of the company’s national sales force.

Jeff seeks to understand his clients’ business models and cultural environments in order to create a strategy that results in acquiring the right talent. He strives to identify candidates who not only offer the required technical skills, but also embody the personal characteristics needed to succeed within the client organization. Jeff is known for his high energy, proactive style, and tenacious approach to search.

Jeff’s background includes general management, operational, sales and marketing assignments, as well as international experience while based in Vence, France. He began his career in the legal industry, ultimately serving as an Associate Attorney with Seman Hoog, PC. In this role, he acted as general counsel to businesses and non-profit corporations focusing on corporate structure, corporate finance, intellectual property management, and good business practices.

He earned his BA from Washington University and completed his JD at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
