Carolyn Richman Peart directs the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Real Estate practice within the Executive Search division of Cook Associates, Inc. and holds full responsibility for all client relations, client strategy programs and search execution within the practice. Carolyn handles senior level management assignments including President, Principal, Director and Vice President as well as searches for functional heads of Finance, Business Development and Operations.

She joined the Executive Search team at Cook Associates, Inc. in 1991 following her experience as the Founder and President of a successful regional executive search firm that focused on senior management assignments in all areas of Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Real Estate. Earlier in her career, she was a Regional Manager for Procter & Gamble.

Carolyn is a recognized expert in executive search and retention and is an invited speaker at numerous national professional association meetings including: ACEC, AGC, AIA, ASID, IFMA and SDA. She has authored articles on executive selection and retention for AIA Focus, Construction Management, Building, Design and Construction, ENR and other architecture and engineering newsletters.

Carolyn holds a BS, Business from the University of Massachusetts.
