Arnis has been instrumental in facilitating the close of more than 60 transactions during the group's history, ranging from $5 million to $800 million in enterprise value. He has built a track record of delivering quality services with speed of execution.

Prior to launching Cook Associates M&A Advisory Services, Arnis spent over twenty years in the executive search industry leading engagements for senior and executive level positions in a broad range of industries.
After completing his studies at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, he spent several years in industrial sales.
