Carissa DeJacimo is a Director of Research with Cook Associates M&A Advisory Services. She provides market research to the Managing Directors and Business Development teams. Through her research, Carissa identifies potential investment opportunities and acquisition targets that fulfill our private equity client's investment objectives. Carissa also examines potential targets' financial statements.
Prior to joining Cook, Carissa was a Research Analyst at Advisory Research Inc. in Chicago, on a team that managed funds in excess of $7B. She researched and analyzed potential investments for micro, small, mid, large, and international portfolios. Carissa also performed financial analysis and assessed corporate profiles for International Truck & Engine.
Carissa attended Tulane University where she was the Financial Chair of Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. She completed her Bachelors Degree in Finance at the DePaul School of Commerce.
