Liana is a Director of Research with Cook Associates M&A Advisory Services. Using primary and secondary processes and sources, including the firm's proprietary database, she efficiently generates prospect target lists and industry overviews to support the interests of private equity clients. She also assists private business owners by investigating suitable buyers that match their personal objectives.
Liana works closely with Marketing to implement and test email campaigns to target audiences and client pools, and to market Cook's M&A brand. She works cross-functionally with the Managing Directors and Business Development teams.
Additionally, Liana manages the CEOVisions® research strategy including executive identification, market research, and marketing campaign execution.
Liana graduated cum laude with her Bachelor in Business Administration from Loyola University majoring in Economics. She completed two years of undergraduate work at Babes Bolyai University in Romania with a Major in International Relations and European Studies.
She has served as a Scout Leader in the National Organization of Romanian Scout, leading workshops in national and international camps. Liana is fluent in Romanian and French, and conversational in Spanish.
