Sven is a Managing Director with Cook Associates M&A Advisory Services, and a member of the executive management team for Cook Associates, Inc. He is responsible for executing acquisition strategies on behalf of private equity clients, including platform and add-on opportunities, as well as CEOVisions® projects.
Leveraging his significant industry knowledge, Sven advises private business owners of their M&A options. He also serves as a valuable guide to private equity groups seeking to validate investment theses and their relevance to potential sellers.
Prior to joining Cook Associates, Inc., Sven served as a National Account Manager with IDL, Inc., a point-of-purchase advertising/store fixture design and manufacturing company. He helped lead major branding launches for clients such as BP Amoco and Whirlpool Corporation.
Sven earned a BA, Advertising from Michigan State University. He is also fluent in Latvian.
