Lizenbergs

Administration
Daina Lizenbergs serves as
Vice President, Administration with Cook Associates, Inc. She brings
over 20 years of experience in the executive search industry, and a
working knowledge of industry-best administrative and operational processes.
In her current role, Daina
manages Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and
Payroll. She is also responsible for the oversight of the firm's regional
offices and the training of administrative staff to ensure consistency
across the organization and to foster open lines of communication.
Daina’s sense of urgency, efficiency and attention to detail make
her a valuable asset to Cook Associates, its employees, and its vast base
of clients and candidates. She is appreciated for her interpersonal skills
and positive attitude as she manages the firm’s day-to-day administrative
duties.
Prior to joining Cook Associates,
Inc., Ms. Lizenbergs spent eight years working for The Upjohn Company
as an International Executive Assistant supporting a team of seven at
the company headquarters in Kalamazoo, MI. Prior to Upjohn, Daina worked
for a collection agency, Kalamazoo Finance Systems, as an office administrator.
Daina received her Bachelors of Business
Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI.
