Ron Hind

As a Managing Director with Cook Associates M&A Advisory Services, Ron is responsible for executing CEOVisions® projects.

With a decade of experience identifying and recruiting senior talent, Ron brings strategic assessment capabilities to these assignments. He has a solid understanding of the professional and personal qualities of interest to private equity groups, and has established himself as a trusted advisor to CEO-caliber executives who are exploring the private equity community and seeking to validate their corporate vision.

Most recently, Ron served with DHR International, a global executive search firm. In his ultimate role with the organization, he co-founded DHR International’s Private Equity Solutions platform (PES). Ron developed and implemented a program focused on bringing entrepreneurial CEOs together with private capital to create partnerships and build new enterprises.

Prior to establishing the PES platform, Ron directed senior level retained executive search engagements. He successfully managed numerous Board and C-level searches for private equity backed organizations and Fortune 1000 clients.

After completing his studies at Denver University, Ron began his career in corporate real estate.
