Treofan Appoints Dr. Colin Williams as New Chairman
of Supervisory Board

Raunheim, 7 February 2008 - The Treofan Group, Europe's largest BOPP film manufacturer, has appointed Dr. Colin Williams as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective 1 February. He replaces Peter A. Briggs, Managing Director of Alvarez
& Marsal Europe, who previously served as CEO of Treofan Group.

Williams has many years of senior-level experience in the global packaging industry. He has lived and worked outside his native UK for 40 years, during which time he built up a global network in Europe, the Far East, the Americas, Africa, India, and Russia.
From 1988 to 2001, he was President of SCA Packaging, where he was responsible for EUR 4bn in revenues and 20,000 employees. From 2001 to 2004, he was President of SCA North America and Asia, responsible for all of SCA's divisions across those
geographies.

In addition to his appointment at Treofan, Williams is Chairman of Klöckner Pentaplast, a producer of films for packaging, and Clondalkin Group, a producer of films for packaging, printing, and specialty products.

Williams has a Master in Physical Chemistry from the University of Leeds, and an MBA in Finance from NYU. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Technology from Lund University. He speaks fluent Dutch, French and German.
